PURPOSE:  The purpose of Chicago Bancorp as a leading mortgage lender is multi-tiered insofar as we aim to provide financial assistance on many levels.  We are a top lending institution that effectively competes in mortgage financing, offering a wide variety of loan options that afford my clients to structure their financial future in a way that best suits their potential growth. I listen to my clients, respect their needs, offer quality service and work as a team to help you determine the financing that works best for you.  We have the staff, the connections and the financial backing to take your loan from start to finish -- a convenience that is lost when you work with a mortgage brokerage company.  It is this full service that sets our company and my services apart.

BUSINESS OPERATION: Chicago Bancorp is an independent lending institution. Your transaction is handled entirely at our office. We personally handle the loan approval process, order your appraisal, obtain the title commitment, order the Flood Certificate, draw up your closing documents, and finally draw the check to close your loan, and we do this all in-house. This degree of "self-reliance" is second to none in the mortgage lending world.  We closed close to $1 billion in loans in 2003.  Because we close our loans quickly and effectively, we have many happy clients who are now building equity in a home of their own while they are able to focus on building their family and their potential financial growth.  We also provide your family with a solid plan to build greater monthly cash flow while you are financing your home.  We are not in this business to close as many home loans as possible, but to close your loan with personal attention in the form of a thorough review of your credit and current expenditures, we help to clean up credit dings, and we find ways to help you stop throwing away money each month on unnecessary expenses.  We are more than just a Mortgage Bank -- we work to help you plan a financial future, to help your portfolio grow as your family grows.

MINDING MY BUSINESS:  I am always available to answer your questions, help you with credit, past judgments or bankruptcy problems, help you to formulate your plan to purchase your first home or assist you in focusing on building equity in the home you are already in.

For best results, give them plenty of sun, frequent watering, and regular fertilization.

Call or email if you need financial assistance.  I can give a brief overview of your current financial situation and advise how you can save more money.  You would be surprised at how we waste money each month paying more interest than necessary.  You can save money on your monthly expenses, and have more money to simply enjoy your life.
