BUSINESS OPERATION: Chicago Bancorp is an independent lending institution. Your transaction is handled entirely at our office. We personally handle the loan approval process, order your appraisal, obtain the title commitment, order the Flood Certificate, draw up your closing documents, and finally draw the check to close your loan, and we do this all in-house.
